Additional Support

We can also provide additional support to kick-start an  organisation’s journey, or to provide quick, responsive help along the way. We can:

Set up your ‘green team’ and help run its early meetings. Our experienced consultants can run either remote meetings or face-to-face sessions to define the ‘green team’ and its objectives.

Typical effort 1-2 days.

Draft, circulate and refine Environmental Policy documents to help complete Module 2.

Typical effort 2-5 days.

Draft, circulate and refine Action Plans to help complete Module 3. Our consultants have significant experience in: organisational and project planning (including timelines and budgets), change management, options appraisal, business case creation, and action plan tracking and reporting.

Effort varies depending on how advanced an organisation is, but for the first year we would
expect 5-10 days.

Examine your systems and data to uncover the environmental measurement data needed to complete Module 4. This can include: data extraction from your buildings, assets, or procurement systems; data cleansing, analysis and visualisation; and presentation and explanation of findings to managers.

Typical effort 2-5 days.

On top of the above, for organisations wishing to assess their Scope 3 or supply-chain footprint, or with other bespoke requirements, we can quickly provide a succinct proposal to meet your needs. Any additional services offered will be clearly priced and detailed ahead of commencement.
